Job Details

• Remove all layers of roofing down to
  existing wood substrate decking & replace it with a built-up modified rubber roof system.

• A core sample is required to check the number of layers existing.

• This system's layout consists of two layers of self-adhered base sheet applied to decking for a double coverage nail-less base membrane.

• Drainage will be fabricated in-house out of copper for maximum size to ensure proper drainage of the roof system.

• Add an additional layer of the modified rubber roof system to the main roof balconies.

• A certified outside HVAC mechanic will come to remove the electrical & freon lines.

• Install an APP-180 firestone granular rubber roof onto the main roof & walls.
